I tried this last year before the Florida State at the advice of a girfriend of mine who is pro. Supposed to be painful, I did not find it to be however I started at 6 weeks out and you do it everyday which kinda sucks. Wondered if anyone here has tried it. Gonna skip it this time and I did not do it for the Nationals. Supposed to give you energy, it did not for me, and vascularity. I was vascular but to be honest at that point my stack is pretty tall so I couldn't even tell you what was doing what at that point. Anyone else ever tried it and with what results?
