Not Your Usual Dosing Question

Finishing up my log on taking IGF and hopefully will get my order in in a few days while I'm finishing up looking through the board to answer some of my questions.

I have the plan on taking 40mcg a day pre wo to start off with but got a little confused on some old threads on how you dose. I was under the assumption that the dose would be 40mcg on each site (total 80mcg a day), ie., 40mcg on each arm or each pec. But after reading more am confusing the dose? If I'm taking 40mcg a day would it be 20mcg at each site? Thanks!
 
Alot of people do 40mcg TOTAL. When people say they are taking 80mcg, it's 40 per side. Thats a stout dose by the way and it takes a while to work up to it
 
I do 100mcgs total on my workout days. 50 a side or like arm days split it 4 ways for bi's and tri's. Let me tell you, shit is fckn intense!!!!! Like a charlie horse that just gets more and more intense as time goes bye. And I love every fckn second of it!!!!! Pumps are super intense and painful sometimes, but I love the pain. Only makes me train harder.

Just curious, do you take a pre workout drink? Stim/non stim. I only ask because I don't do stims but have been using Evogen EVP and just from that I get insane (near painful) pumps for the day. I get pumped pretty easy actually. Do you think the use of IGF and EVP could create a pump that would keep me from finishing a workout? Or just stop being wuzz :saywhat:
 
Rather than take up another thread I'll just ask here regarding to somewhat dosing question. From what I gather from reviewing the threads it seems like 6-8 weeks is the popular number for a cycle but how long do most people stay off before beginning another cycle?
 
you know what bro, equal amount of time off and on is what ive been doing, every one has their own style. i have had excellent results from running igf, and from cycling it this way. but i always cycle it while im on gear too, so....its up to you. some guys run it only when their off. i think you'll be more than satisfied

I'll probably cycle half of what my cycle will be. I plan on 7 weeks on and 4 weeks off.
 
I have been on MC IGF for a long time now and still get great pumps from it at just 80mcg a day when training and 50mcg when I'm not training. I'm staying lean as hell and have some severe vascularity
