2 ideas for bringing up my Chest

1. I'm thinking of upping my IGF dose when I train chest
2. I'm thinking of doing my chest workout and then a second "pump" chest workout in the middle of my rotation with another dose of IGF.
Which would you go with and why?
 
Number two just cause u might get some extra growth from shocking ur muscle with the added chest pump routine
 
I did two for a while with triceps and liked the results. I hit them for low reps with biceps and then did a few high-rep sets after training chest.
