Strong Days/Weak Days

You ever had a day where you are so strong and feeling great at the gym, go back the next day feel like you look and have the strength of a toothpick? Having one of those days....
 
Those strong days scare the shit out of me! I always seem to get hurt on those days because I lose focus on my form from the excitement of the strength. I like the steady days.... LOL
 
I love my weak days as much as my strong days. On my weak days I feel it is more of a mental workout just to push through while still giving it 100%.
 
I usually work out solo, I have had a few of those days too, its okay when I'm on the machines bit when I'm on free weights it blows! Been stuck a few times but got over it

yes but worse yet, i hate the days where i feel great all day long and feeling anabolic and ready to smash the weights, then I get there and its gone! lol, those days are the ones that kill me!

Or I will time my ECA stack out perfect and then get held up for something and miss my peak at the gym, i hate that too
 
Today was the worst weak day I've ever had. It was just a terrible day all around. I didn't expect to be strong though. I was mentally drained and so angry that I couldn't even focus. I just trained much faster than usual to feel like I was accomplishing something.
 
I can relate to a lot of you. If I do have a weak day, I feel good that I just managed to get through my workout. Have also gotten ready for the gym before, all my ducks in a row so to speak, them something happens and everything is a mess, gotta eat again before I can leave, supplements wore off etc. And Dude I know what kind of day you had so I think just that you got in there and did something is good, Silk was here and I fed her chocolate to make her feel better, then I had her breathe her chocolate breath on me mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm :)

Yup the days when my food is perfect, water perfect, rest perfect, get there and feeling large and in charge and have no strength, can never figure it out! Or do your first set, it goes great then after that nothing, that gets me as well.
