I trained legs at my house today. Its been a long while since I have done this and it was great! I started off with 4 sets of leg ext. then I supersetted squats, hack squats leg press and lunges. The below video is the last of 3 sets. My quads were DEAD and my form on the lunges prove it lol.

Thx presser! I do a lot of personal training on the side out of there. I've spent the last 7 years buying and upgrading equipment to make it exactly like I want it. I bought an AC for it last summer after the 30th straight 100 degree day. I figure with my baby girl coming any day I will be training myself a lot more in there just to save the time of driving to the gym.

Thx Ox it saves a lot of time commuting back and forth to the gym. I can do every body part at home if I need to.

Man I would kill to have a setup like that bro! Sometimes you just start feeling anabolic and wanna go hit some weights, and thats perfect for it!

That is indeed a badass setup, it'd be great to have the option to do those exercises at home

I'm thinking about going to a shorter 3 tier dbell rack this summer which would give me room for a hammer incline press. I also know I'm getting a fly/rear delt machine! Can't wait for June 3rd when I go get them!!

Yeahp, it's going to take up a lot of space but it will be well worth it.

Any houses for sale in your neighborhood? I'll pay you monthly dues to train in your gym!

Lol actually yeah there is! 2200 sq ft house 5 years old going for $120,000. I'm 15 min from downtown Dallas!!come on buddy!

We love Dallas. Love the brick homes in texas. We like the Mckinney/Frisco area but i hate driving the highways there lol

Traffic blows! Not as bad as new York, Houston or LA but it still sucks. Weather sucks too. It was 100+ degrees for 82 straight days last year. Other than that it's a great place to live. Plus we have Roonie, Branch, Johnnie, Kuklo, etc ;)

Damn that's cheap!!

Yeah, my house is 7 years old and I couldnt get $135,000 for it if I tried! I about have Guy Cisternino and his wife Bethany convinced to move here next year. He stayed with me last summer when he won the Europa show in Dallas and he was freaking out over how cheap it was to live here.

A co worker bought a massive place up in Krugerville for under $150k. We'd be there if work transfered me.
