Help! Allergies!

I thought I had a cold but now I think it is allergies, they are terrible down here and I am not from here originally so I am not used to all the weird pollen or bugs for that matter but that's another topic. My sinuses feel like they are going to implode, my eyes look like I'm high and I feel foggy. Can anyone recommend a good allergy product that WILL NOT make me feel like I am spaced out? I have Benadryl, good for night but not daytime. Does Zytec or Claritin make you all spaced out? Any help would be appreciated as I feel like crap. Oldschool feels the same way, thought we were both sick but I think we have allergies.

I thankfully grew out of my allergies, i had them so bad when i was young through highschool, my nose would get clogged to the point i couldnt breath, and I used AFRIN and it worked wonders! However i got hooked on it and long after allergy season was gone i still had to use the afrin otherwise i would continue to get congested, so you have to be very very careful and use it sparingly or u can get seriously hooked on it, but if u can use it in moderation its AMAZING TO CLEAR YOUR NASAL PASSAGES!

Oh and it doesnt have any effect on your mood, or make u tired or anything like that

Thanks for all the suggestions. I am taking sudafed and zyrtec during the day and benadryl at night. I grew out of them as well Presser that is until I moved down here now I go through it all over again. I use the nose spray but it even says on the bottle that after 3 days of use it will congest you which is strange. I'm only using it now so that I can use my netty pot, tried yesterday without it and so congested that the saline wouldn't even go through.

It is a little plastic pot and if comes with packets that you dissolve in it. Then you tip your head over and it goes up your nose and into your sinuses, kinda feels like you're drowing yourself but it works really good. I really try to stay away from otc medications at all cost if I can as they generally make me feel worse, especially allergy medicine. I'm all spaced out. I have an older one as mine is not see through but it is the same brand.

fuck a neti pot- the 2nd time I used one I got swimmers ear for 2-3 weeks

best thing I found is some OTC medicine mixed with ephidrene

The netti pot works great for me, once you figure out how to use it. You have to breath through your mouth and then it just drains out the opposite nostril that you use it on. It does take some getting used to. I have never had a problem but if I did I certainly wouldn't use it either. Oldschool will not use it. As long as you don't inhale through your nose it will not go into your lungs.

I have never heard from people dying from the netti pot Ox, where did you hear this?
