How high have you gone? I know Presser says anything over 80 - 100mcg is a waste, but I've done 300mcg and it WAS NOT A WASTE. I worked my way up to it. In retrospect I wouldn't have needed that high of a dose if my diet had been better and I hadn't over dieted and over depleted, but it saved muscle.
Can anyone top that?
