DHEA is a steriol complex that can be converted to Test. One of the bodies own building blocks along the way to the production of natural Test. I use it post cycle during the same days as clomid and continue for 3 weeks after clomid @ 50 mg/D. That's the only time I run it.

it converts to test or dht. One or the other so you take a chance every time you take it. I wouldn't bother with it. You can end up just getting side effects without results actually. I had a freind who ran it and that was what happened to him.

I always seem to get greasy when taking it like it stimulates the sebaceous gland more than anything else. I guess that would mean it is more likely to convert to DHT than anything else maybe? I wouldn't use it though.

DHEA is a steroid hormone produced primarily by the adrenal glands. It is the most abundant hormone in the body, with the highest concentrations found in the brain. The only known function of DHEA is as a precursor hormone, meaning that it is a source material which the body converts into other hormones, such as estrogen and testosterone. It peaks in production by the age of 25 and gradually declines until, by age 70, levels may be more than 80 percent below their earlier highs.
Low DHEA levels have been associated with certain diseases, such as Alzheimer's, cancer, diabetes, multiple sclerosis, lupus, and other immune function disorders. For this reason, researchers have been tempted to speculate that supplementation with a synthetic form of DHEA could reverse these diseases, much like hormone replacement therapy reduces some of the symptoms of menopause by returning the hormone balance to a premenopausal state. However, it has not yet been proven that either the diseases or the aging process itself are a result of lowered levels of DHEA, and it is not yet clear whether using DHEA is helpful or, in the long run, harmful.

I use use dhea every day through out my whole cycle, 25mg a day.

Short for Dihydro Epi Androsterone, DHEA is a kind of ‘Mother Hormone’ in the human body. Produced mainly in the adrenal glands, it has little metabolic function as DHEA. However it can be converted to both male & female sex hormones, making it of interest to athletes & the anti-aging community.

DHEA can Convert to Estrogen. How does that sound to you?

A very good supplement for over 40, with many people claiming increased energy, mental clarity, & sex drive. Of course individual results will vary, but definitely worth trying.

Younger people using DHEA are less likely to experience these benefits, possibly because their DHEA levels are adequate. Some athletes claim a performance boost or slight muscle gain, but for muscle building Androstenedione or Androstenediol are better choices.

50mg daily, first thing in the morning is adequate for most people. Long-term therapy, in our opinion, will bring greater benefits than short cycles. Despite vague health warnings & cautions from various authorities, there doesn't appear to be any unwanted side effects in users.

If you're not over 40 or 50, I would not recommend using DHEA.

There is no good reason for the average person to use it.

There is a very good reason for people to use, espically while on a cycle... 40-50 years old is no excuse when to use, if you read what I last posted it explains "precursor hormone, meaning that it is a source material which the body converts into other hormones", meaning if your on cycle you will get more out of your cycle by useing .... go get your blood work done and take a look at dhea and I am sure it will show normal or lower levels but if you increase the DHEA then you will benfit more off a cycle, down fall is it will more likely to produce a bit more estrogen but with some dex that should not be a prob..... So the answer is just take dhea while on cycle because every extra added 1lb of muscle is worth it........

Or you could just increase the dosage of gear you're on to get an even better effect without risking increased estrogen from the DHEA......... Just increase the amount of gear you're using if you want more test. You have no idea if the DHEA is converting to test or estro in your body. With gear, you know you're getting test.

That, and he was asking about using it Post Cycle. Not During. Why would you take something Post Cycle that raises your estrogen when the whole point is to take Anti-Estrogens and keep it low?

I see no point to taking DHEA bro'
