How much time for proper work out?

I have also exercised a lot more 2 cardio conditioning classes at the gym, 3 early morning jogs of a mile followed by 30 mins, 3 hour bike ride on the weekend. It feels nothing compared to what we did during the week. Is this time enough? How much should i be aiming to do over a week to keep up the weight loss and maintain my fitness routine?
 
Agreed with above, need more info to help. Do you incorporate any weight training into your regimen?

It depends on what kind of exercise you want to do.
In my opinion 30 to 45 minutes daily are enough for workout.
I spend 40 to 50 minutes daily in my workout, and I have get good body and improved my muscles through 45 minutes workout daily.
 
It depends on us that how much we need to lose weight. I think 30 to 40 minutes are enough to do any workout. I also spent my 40 minutes on doing exercise.
 
Without having a clear understanding of what you want to do, it is impossible to give you advice. If you want to trim up, by all means go on a cardio kick and leave the weights behind for a little while. But if you are trying to get lean, strong muscle, you want to make sure that you keep lifting.

Besides, 45 minutes is not really enough for me unless I am doing supersets on everything.
