Diet Favorites and Least Favorites?

Okay I am stretching here and trying to keep this forum alive. I run out of ideas sometimes and well especially now. So what are ya'lls favorite and least favorite things about dieting? For me favorite is having my meals planned out (saves me on thinking) and of course the changes in my body and my face getting smaller. Least favorites would be the constant cooking and doing dishes, and sometimes all the chicken starts to get old, also I become a moody bitch which I don't like.
 
dieting is my leat favorite thing about dieting!!! I really suck at it, love me some chips and hot salsa, its like cocain to me. May need to go to rehab so I can get off the shit. lol
 
I will let you know in 2 months Jen. Starting the Palumbo diet tomorrow. Never dieted before just changed eating habits which helped tremendously. Hopefully I am looking at it the right way and saying to myself. Its only 2 months.
 
I'm always somewhat dieting. I hate the prep of cooking but mostly I hate planning my meals on the weekends. During the week it is easy because I'm at work and I know I just have to walk to my cooler and bring my meals out. On the weekends we have a lot of things going on and it's hard to bring food with me.

That's it for me...I don't know how people do it, parents especially. It seems I never have free time...I know I'm only a week in so things will start to get a little easier (as far as being organized), but I haven't had time to take my regular after work nap all week, LOL!

Now with that being said, this is my first real diet so I'm sure my favorite thing will be the results. I've never pushed myself this hard so I'm looking forward to seeing what I'll look like :)
 
Im kind of always sort of dieting. So....if i really had to cut down i might have a difficult time stickin to the plan if you will. Lol:)
 
diet is hardest for me so i really dont even worry about it much and my physique proves it lol im not that discipline. I just stay away from fastfood and soda sometimes sweets. I am only willing to do so much and my results are evident of that. your results prove ur hard work you are a amazing, determined and straightup badass. keep up the hard work jenn

Ooohh...scared for you girly! Lol :D no seriously tho...you can do it chica! :thumbsup: I will probably do some dieting pretty soon. I never eat fastfood or drink soda. Try to eat as clean and lower carb as we can handle on a daily basis!

Thank you :) You're already lean so you don't need to go on a diet. Just put on a little more muscle to win that contest and you'll be good to go. Beside muscle burns fat so it's win win for you. I can't wait to see your progress pics!
 
My favorite parts of dieting are not having to think about what I'm going to eat once it's prepped ahead of time, but the best part is eating every 3 hours. And in a sadistic way, the hunger, because that tells me the diet is working, along with the results, of course.

Least favorite thing is the lack of sweets. I have a manic sweet tooth, so resisting those temptations is by far the toughest part.

I like simple and natural diet plans. Vege diet is best because in this diet is consist of vegetables and fruits. This diet is natural and natural thing are always best for health.
