im planning on doing a 12 week cycle with anavar/primo stacked, 10mg anavar/day, and primo 50mg/week...i been weight training for over 8 years, i got to admit i am not a fan of cardio but i still do about 45 min a day 4 days a week, and weight train 5 days a week.

my las cycle was 12 weeks of anavar, and it was fantastic, i had great results, so now i want to try both of these together.

any sugestions or recomendations would be great thx...
 
Welcome! It sounds like a good combo. What is your previous experience? What are your stats? I'm sure some the girls will chime in with their experience
 
What are your goals? Kind of need to know that, however you do need to do the primo 2 times per week. If you are comfortable with the 50mg split it in two for weds/sat, you could also up it to 50mg twice a week with very low risk of any sides. The anavar dose is low but if you had good results before with the same dose then I think that is a good place to start. Welcome btw!

Yes, welcome! Jenn knows her stuff. She's got me on a 12 wk diet and I'm already noticing positive changes. Look forward to getting to know you. There's some great girls that post on here.

my last cycle i was doing 15mg of anavar with 100 of clen, and i loved the results...

My main goal is to lean down but without loosing my muscle mass, I like to be muscular lol..

Im 26 y/o, 5'4'', 155lb, 24%...ya i know i have to be get that percentage down...i gained a few pounds after my last cycle, im really working on it though, i wont start my next cycle until im atleast 15 lb lighter, I am very thick naturally, i once whent down to 130lb and i looked like death, so 140-145lb is were i would love to be.

I would be comftorable doing the 50mg twice a week...how much anavar would u recomend then?

I have never competed or anything like that, this is just for me, but i would like to one day...the hardest part for me is my diet, ill go weeks doing great and the fall right of the wagon, it sucks...any help in that department would be fantastic Jenn!!!!!!

Welcome marazul!

If fat burning is your goal then I'd suggest moving up to an hour of cardio split into two 30 minute sessions. Session one should be first thing in the morning on an empty stomach before breakfast and the second session follwowing your weight training in the evening. Watch your carb intake keep your protien high and stay hydrated. Jen can give you more detailed advice on diet and dosages. Good luck!

Your welcome! And yes cardio BLOWS!!!!! but you can do it though, just think about how good your going to look in that swimsuit when your finished! Hmmm...just saw that you're in Canada...I'm not sure how much swimming your going to be doing up there! LOL
 
hahahahahahha Canada i know, but I do travel alot down south, I grew up in Costa Rica, so i look forward to evey few months to get out of this cold....
 
Welcome back. Start with a low dose of anavar and work your way up till you find what works for you. 25mg probably being the highest you should go. That was Jenn's advice to me. As for the diet, I'm assuming you eat clean, but sticking to it is your problem? I know all about that and wish I could tell you how to fix it. It was my hubby who got me serious with diet and training. He encouraged me to eat cheat meals (in moderation) since muscles need calories to grow. Once I gave in allowing myself to eat yummy foods, also trusting him that he knew what he was talking about, my cravings (for the most part) went away. I didn't have the guilty feeling when I was told to cheat once in a while. Then I really started to see results. I also want to be muscular. When I saw that I was getting bigger that was good motivation to eat clean MOST of the time cuz I knew there would be a cheat meal comming eventually.

How often do you train? How about cardio...how long and how many days a week?
 
Last cycle i did 5mg first wk, 10mg second wk, 15mg everyweek after that until week 10...i went back to 10mg and week 11 5mg, then i was done....and i liked the results.

I do have a clean diet, i just get boared with it lol...high protein low carb, but just not enough variety i think, but im really working on that, thats one of the main reasons i joined this forum, for any advice i can get, good or bad, as long as it gets me on the right track...

I train 5-6 days a week, but not enough cardio, so tomorrow im going to start with an extra 30 min cardio session, right now this is what it looked like when i was on my last cycle, and i am just starting back on this same routine since i was gone on holidays for the last month and a half, and put on some pounds that i need off NOW!!!!!! lol....tell me if theres anything i could or shouls change...;


day 1- 30min cardio +chest, and triceps
day2- 30min cardio+ abs
day3-30min cardio+back, and biceps
day4-30min cardio+abs
day5-30min cardio+legs, and shoulders
day6-30min cardio+ abs...if i go on day 6, it dosent always happen...i do try to do some abs everyday at the end of my weight training as well....and all my cardio is first thing in the morning, followed by weight training...
 
Sounds like things are well underway. Canada, eh. Not much mar azul up there. Costa Rica is beautiful!
