It's hard to say, but Fedor was a beast in his prime, so was Rampage, but I'd have to say the guy that ruled his weight class was Matt Hughes. But GSP and Anderson Silva seem to be the 2 best pound for pound fighters right now with Bones Jones catching up quickly

Who was the guy from brazil named silva (I think) that use to fight with glass chips on his hands. Liddell beat the holy living shit ours of him for 3 rounds and he never once went down. He was one of the ugliest human beings I've ever seen but crazy ass tough!!

If all of them were in their prime I'd still probably go with Hughes. His strength and wrestling abilities are superior to either GSP or Royce, but I think they both have Hughes in submissions so it'd be interesting to see what Hughes would've done
