im 19, 5'8" and about 170 lbs im looking for a first cycle to choose from, i dont want to be a long time user though, just looking to add on some muscle that i can keep, a guy i work with is getting me d-bol, but ive heard that it is pointless to take this by itself, what i need to know is what i should stack it with along with amounts, when i should take it, price, and what i should take afterwards (clomid)? to reduce side effects, and also if i do decide to take d-bol by itself for muscle, what will i need to take for side effects and anti estrogen, any web sites that could give me some more info would be greatly appreciated also

Pressers right,you could halt long bone growth by elevating your Test levels and stopping your natural growth. Most people advocate waiting until 22yo.
That said,let's say your 22yo....
I'd probably start with a Test/Deca cycle...mild on sides,keep it simple
Cyp 200mg 2x a week
Deca 200mg 2x a week(both for eight weeks)
Wait 2 weeks and then run some clomid for 3 weeks.
Arimidex .25mg/d from start until the last clomid(actually I run mine for a week after the clomid even)

You'll find about you need to know right here by doing searches on those topics...but first, at 19 your bone structure is not done growing. Doing a cycle now will most likely cause your large bones to stop growing short of their potential. This might mean narrower shoulders than you could have had....not good if you care about your symmetry. Plus, at 19, your natural test levels are SKYROCKETING, so you should have no problems growing naturally, FAST, for the next few years or more if you eat and train right. One last thing...there really is NO SUCH THING AS NOT BEING A LONG TIME USER, LOL. Once you know what it's like to experience gains that quickly, you'll never, and I mean NEVER be satisfied with anything less.

I started my first cycle at 19yo... It isn't all the age of the body, but more so the development... I was 6'4" and still am :D but I don't think my bones should have grown much more. I was also pretty muscular and strong I figure doing 225 for 8 reps weighing in at 180... So if you REALLY feel that you body is ready go for it, or you can play it safe and wait it out for a couple of years... But I am sure several guys on this board started AAS b4 the age of 20...
