I thought we needed a new video in this section so here's one from my leg training session today. 900lb x 10 drop set one plate at a time for 10 reps = 100 reps. It was brutal!

Impressive bro, I couldn't handle that, I simply don't have the endurance. I would have a puke bucket there beside me for sure if I were to ever try it

Thx guys that shit is painful but I would rather train tgat way than use a ton of weight and get hurt!

Y don't u guys just ask a couple of guys to pull them for you? I didn't know either one of them very well but they didn't mind helping me out! I would do it for someone if they asked me.

Did these today on a seated leg press but it only went up to 300lbs. It was a plate machine though but having it seated made it feel pretty heavy.

I went 20 reps and 10 sets and just skipped about 15lbs and kept moving the pin while I was seated. Really convenient. Almost spilled my cookies so it was a good workout.

I've used that one a few times. Works great, it hits everything at a different angle! Wait til tomorrow when the soreness sits in! I can barely freaking get off the toilet rt now! Lol

Cindee did these today for the first time. I had it loaded with 10 25's and do 10 sets of 10 reps with no rest.

It's going to be a lonely week for me:suspect:

I was curious if you have to have equal amounts of plates on each side on a leg press? I was curious because Cindee can strip two plates on one side then go to the next side and strip two more on the next set.

I don't think you need to get weight evenly distributed on a leg press to avoid muscle imbalance. I think you'd be fine having her strip one side then going to ther other side
