I have never posted on this forum before. My boyfriend is in Florida doing a bodybuilding show and is not here to give me his usual expert advice. He has told me that if I ever need any advice when he is not around, then I should find Sasha on the musclechemistry board.

I have swimsuit shoots coming up and other modeling things I have to do. My stats are as follows: I am 5'9, 140 lbs, 17-18% bodyfat. I want to firm my body up and also keep the muscle that I have while trimming off body fat. I saw a previous post in which you said (cardio, eca, and dandelion root).

Which eca do you reccomend and how much/how often?? Also I saw that you said in order lose body fat and trim up while maintaining and toning the muscle you should do 65% of your age heart rate when it comes to cardio. First of all, what would be 65% of my age heart rate (I am 20). Also, how much cardio do you reccomend that I do?? I already understand the dandelion root concept.

Lastly, what should be my food ratio protein/carbs/fat?? Please be specific. Sorry about all of the questions. I just have heard that you are very knowledgable and I want to take advantage of this opportunity.
 
I have been doing ECA stack twice a day. Once about 7am then again at 4:30 about 30 mins before my workout. I have leaned up quite a bit from it. It really amps me up so I get awesome weight and cardio sessions.

I take 25 mg of E(pherdrine)
200 mg of C(affeine)
and 325 mg of A(spirin)

Buy all three and take one of each, 2x's a day.

I would also do cardio 4-5x's/wk for about 45 mins per session. I have been doing alot of running on the treadmill and it sure is helping. :) I'm not on any specific diet, but I try and watch what I eat, limiting the amounts of fats and carbs and taking in alot of protein. And make sure you are getting plenty of water.
