Ok here we go, started last week first day 50mcgs then two days later 80mcgs then two days later 100mcgs , now I'm at 150mcgs a day split 50/50/50 morning , preworkout , and post ... I've had knee surgery a while back and at my dose my knee feels great! Pumped through the day and loving it ! Bf in down strength is way up! Thinking about going to 200mcgs day but will see how a week goes and if feel the need lol..

Glad it's working!! MC igf is definetly the best, get some pics up!!

Glad to see things are going smoothly thus far, hopefully in the long run you see great healing powers in the knee from it. It's done wonders for my shoulders

Damn you're getting up there fast!! Any hypo signs from going so high so fast? I went up to 300 and a couple times 400mcg when I was getting ready for my show last year. I'm thinking about trying it in the off season just to see what it's like.

No not really , kinda weird though that I don't but I get headaches,, not really bad but there are there, lol Day 13 so far

look forward to readin this bro, how long ago was the knee surgery?

About two years ago , been working out since then but now I don't have to wrap my knees as much.. Funny my knee rocks back and fowards a little...

I guess running and cutting on it is out of the question? mine was like that, i could and can lift weights but running and playing sports are ut of the question anymore!

Well can run on a treadmill , but hate to run I lost to much weight ,lol side to side does not feel good at all , I've been put the igf mainly in my legs and right above my knee ! Yeah it feels good lol

That's good news, I wasn't sure if it would or not, but I know it's helped my shoulders out tremendously

Are you stopping at 200mcg or are you going higher? I've considered it, but with my insulin I'd have to have my post workout shake and a 100g CarboForce to keep from going hypo, but I'm wondering if that would force more glucose into the muscles resulting in faster recovery...
