If you want to lose your weight then you should adopt these things, you should do exercises and workout and play sports which involves body movement like running, swimming, walking, cycling, go on the morning walk, drink a lot of water, do not eat oily foods. Do not use diary products in excess use. Drink green tea. Avoid over eating.
 
I kinda agree with these. But we are all diff. What works for you or me may not work at all for someone else. The real key to weight loss is to figure out what works best for you and your body and capitilize on it. I have a crazy fast metabalism so I really have to watch my calorie level cause if it gets to low I lose muscle fast.

Weight loss isn't a easy task to do, you've to show some devotion and have to give proper time but having a long busy day we don't have much time for exercises, but if you look around you're doing a few things which helps you to lose weight, If you leave for office park your car at a near distance and walk for ten mins, climb up stairs rather than using lifts or elevators, avoid eating oily and fatty foods. Be on your feet most of the time and try to use much vegetables and fruits instead of meat, chicken or beef.
 
More eating is not the matter,the matter is what we eat.Because the foods and diet is the main issue regarding weight and healthy life.Also we should convert our concentration on physical games rather than the electric life.It will quite useful for our health and life.
 
You all shared good tips for the weight loss.
Exercising is must to lose the weight and burn the fat.
Along with exercising a strict diet plan should be followed for weight losing.

For losing weight quickly you should always follow a proper diet plan and try to avoid eating junk food and drinks.Also do some exercise daily.Because exercise keeps you fit and proper diet plan will help you in losing weight.Also drink green tea regularly because it will also help you in your weight loss.
 
Question to the green tea expert..my girlfriends friend is hot..but she loves asians..im white..if i was to drink green tea and let her give me head in the dark will she think shes with bruce lee?...i heard green tea is what is at teriyaki joints why?...thanks for sharing...
 
Barry, Carter, Morgan, Caldwell, and Dustin, surely you are all the same person. This guy gets off on responding to his own posts. I wish i had the time to talk with myself about bananas and green tea.
