There are many advantages of Yoga. It is a very good exercise for health and mind. It increases your body flexibility, It helps to reduce your weight. It makes your bones strong. It increases blood circulation. It reduces the risk of heart attacks. It keeps your skin clear and good.
 
Yoga brings flexibility in our body and helps in breathing better. Yoga reduce pulse rate, lowers cholesterol level and maintain blood pressure. Yoga helps in losing weight and sooth stress.
 
Yoga is a very good exercise to overcome stress, when you do yoga you body feel light and fresh, it increases your life span, it brings flexibility and makes your bones strong. You don't have to spend many hours in the gym doing exercises if you're in a habit of doing yoga in the morning.
 
No man deny the many benefits of the yoga.On the list there are many benefits but we are discussing here which are more commonly use and useful for our routine healthy life.For example yoga increase our stamina,increase the time of concentration of our mind,balance of our body,inner peace,internal calmness,relaxation of the body,keeps us active sharp happy whole day.These are the main benefits of yoga
 
There are many benefit of yoga but we do it daily approximately 1 hour its useful for health and body fitness.tell us that Yoga, as we all know, is aimed to unite the mind, the body, and the spirit. Yogis view that the mind and the body are one, and that if it is given the right yoga kit and tools and taken to the right environment, it can find harmony and heal itself. Yoga therefore is considered therapeutic. It helps you become more aware of your body's posture, alignment and patterns of movement.
 
The basic concept of Yoga is to release your stress and to make yourself calm,relaxed.It is a gentle method that tones your body by breathing and stretching mechanism.Yoga is very helpful for losing weight and to cure all body injuries.
