QUESTION about the healing powers of IGF on SHOULDER??

Hey guys! In the past 10 yrs or so I've partially dislocated my Right Shoulder about 15+- times. :upset: I've built up my 4 rotator cuff muscles to the point where I can handle the weights, but I still can't do BTN military presses, or CGrip Bench presses unless its in the Smith spot rack.
I was told by a doc in my mid 20's the ONLY thing that would help it would be to have surgery, BUT he said its not 100% corrective that it could still happen. SCREW THAT!!
My question is would the IGF help with this? and how would I inject it..straight into the shoulder near the tendon??

Thanks in advance!!

It's possible, but let's put it this way, it's worth it to try. It's cheaper than surgery so I'd definitely give it a try. I've partially torn both of my rotator cuffs and I can handle BTN presses and close grips now without pain. And I'd apply it directly to the muscle where you're having pain

I dont know what the exact issue was, but when I started training with Silk she had a bad shoulder injury and found it difficult to shoulder press the 5lb dumbells and when she did she was in alot of pain. After a few months of IGF she had no pain and can now shoulder press the 40's with no shoulder issues

I had rotator cuff surgery due to auto wreck.. Talk about miserable!! You do not want to do it unless you can't lift your arms.. And after surgery you will never heal 100%.. Igf truly assisted in my recovery and wish I had known about it prior cause things may have gone different. Imagine arm in sling for 6 weeks. Never taking off to prevent ruining the repair.. Then 6-8 weeks of pt to regain movement and flexibility..

I used lr3 to help recover from a torn pec. I micro dosed it in the affected area. It really made a difference in recovery imo
