Anyone have any carb free fat free chicken recipes? The way I bake and grill it now isn't bad but I know it's going to get old!! Any ideas for chicken on a contest prep diet? Thx

Do you have a smoker? I smoke a lot of meat including chicken breasts and they are delicious and always juicy

Just a hookah... My neighbors would kill me smoken somethin on the lanai..But I hit the trough at local ayce BBQ Wednesdays and put a dent in the chicken..

Marinade in a killer Italian dressing in a ziplock overnight ..not the cheap kind. Get the dressing mix and use olive oil red vingegar to taste ..Penskys spices has great spices and dressing mixes.
