Green tea has many advantages. It burns fat and lowers the risk of heart attack. It is used to control cholesterol and is a very good drink for clear skin. A daily cup of green tea in the morning can keep you active all day. Usage of green tea can prevent many diseases like cancer and arthritis pain.
 
A daily two or three cups of green tea helps to lose weight and it can be very good for constipation patients, it cleans all the calories stored in our tummy and makes digestion quick and easy.
 
Lolzz! i thing so. Can we just say that green tea is quite good for health,it has benefits for heart,burn the calories and control the cholesterol .This is the main benefits of the green tea but b fair i like simple tea the most:D

Every person who want to excess bodyweight and form up his body he must take natural tea everyday at least once.
It also has a number of other advantages for our health rather than weight-loss such as cholestrerol levels management, center security, and healthier epidermis.
