How much sleep do you guys get? Me and a buddy were talking about this earlier. I sleep 9-10 hours a night. I don't see how some of my friends live off 5-6 hours a night. I love to sleep its the only things im good at. :cool:
 
I sleep 10 hours per day. 8 hours at night. Wake up, morning workout, eat, one hour nap. Go to work. After work, evening workout, eat, one hour nap. Goof off with the kids and the dog and then to bed at 9.
Got to sleep to grow.

I usually only get about 6hrs of sleep. Sometimes less, but it doesn't matter as long as I get some rest. I function pretty good without much sleep.
 
Damn, 4-6 hrs max, after that the bed throws me out. But you know the older you get the less sleep you need :) . I have developed the art of 15-20 minute power naps though.
 
I get 5 or 6 I seem to do better with less sleep anytime I get more thats all I wanna do all day! Anyways I like to go out to much!
 
shit, I couldn't sleep 8 hours if I tried to. 5-6 hours for me. I could even get by on 4 hours. When I'm fina (never again) I would be lucky to get 2 hours and sweat like crazy. On days I'm tired though, I have also perfected the power nap (20-30 min). I love power naps before a workout.
 
I shoot for EIGHT solid hours every night, but usually end up getting about SEVEN! Some night when I get into a deep sleep I wake up after 6hrs and FEEL AWESOME... All depends on the type of sleep for me, not the hours spent.

7-8 hours is the only way for me to stay alert.

One person made a comment to me "hey man, you can sleep when you're dead":D

SLEEP???

I am never really asleep and i am never really awake.If my new best friend asks me to start making soap out of human fat I will definitely start worrying.Until then the search goes on for that right ingredient to put me to restfull sleep.:D
 
i get 8-10 hours a night. i love to sleep. i can get by with 6 but i usually will nap in the sfternoon if i only get 6.
 
It is 2 am and can't sleep. On tren, t3, Test, and clen. Sleep like 4 hrs a night and then once aweek like 12 hrs. Can't force yourself to sleep so..... In the winter when bulking easy to sleep. When cutting up a different story for me. Later...
