Hi guys,

so I have decided to do a log on here on these peptides that I am using. At the moment I'm on my 2nd week of PCT going to 3rd and I have only lost a little size from my arms but have kept everything else from what I've seen.

I was on a bad diet for about 9 months straight and went through some things in my life but right now I'm back on a strict carb cycling diet.

When I started my PCT I was at 229.5lbs, weighted first thing in the morning after going to the bathroom, and this morning I was at 216.5lbs. I have lost 1.5" from my waist, my back is a lot more defiend, my legs are coming in, and my chest looks A LOT better. I haven't lost any strength from what I see and I haven't even started doing cardio yet


I do 100mcg of DES pre-workout and did 500mcg of cjc1295 with dac(half life of 8 days) on the 4th but I'm planning on doing 250mcg this week because when I do 100mcg of GHRP-2 now I get really hungry and that never happened to me before.

Also I would like to add that I have used DES, GHRP-2, cjc1295 with OUT dac, GH frag, and couple of other peptides before so I know the effects of them. I'm on the same diet(with a little tweak due to my size gain and being on PCT). BUT this is my first time using cjc1295 WITH dac.

Today's Update(6/17)


So my GF came to visit me Wednesday night and things kind of started changing. I got couple of streesful info from my class and I got bombed with bunch of things so I started freaking out and when that happens I crave everything.

Wednesday everything was fine but I got to the gym at like 10:40pm and I was TIRED! I didn't get enough food and lets say a lot of my energy went toward something else. But I have dropped couple 2-3 reps on my DB military press.

Thursday I hit my back and I was pretty strong but again my diet was not up to par so I was lacking endurance in the gym(that night I got hit with all the bad news and stress kicked in BIG TIME!!!!!)

Friday was my off day and a horrible day for my diet. Everything tanked and there was probably only one good meal in it and that was my breakfast. The rest was shit. I looked like grabage that day/night.

Saturday my diet got way better but I forgot to take my DES pre-workout but still had a pretty awesome workout. My body looked like shit though. Like really bad.

Sunday(Today). I woke up, answered a bunch of PMs on a bunch of forums, took an hour nap, studied/studying, did some research and I've only had two meals. I took my meds today to study and I'm freaking out about my class, life, and everything else. My body looks a billion times better than yesterday or day before that. I want to eat but have no appetite so I'm about to go take a good dose of GHRP-2 so I can go eat again and then recon another DES bottle.

Going to hit arms today and see how things will go. But I have to say that GHRH, GHRP, and DES are AMAZING because my body never recovers this fast from couple of days of bad diets. Like I look so much better that I don't know how to even describe it.

P.S. I noticed that my DAA pills were 3g/serving(4 pills) and I've been taking 3 pills. FML...I'm so freaking stupid! Have too many things to keep up with and made a beginners mistake on a simple dosing of DAA during my PCT. SIGH*
 
What's DAA again? Isnt it something Arachnic Acid or something like that? It is supposed to help with appetite? I'm interested. I got great results from GHRP 2 and CJC, but I held ALOT of water. I did them 3 times a day.

DAA is d-aspartic acid and it's the only proven product that can boost test level by 42% in 12 days.

You might be sensitive to GH and you end up holding a lot of water. I know a guy that is sensitive to peptides and GH so he holds a lot of water on them also. So what I would recommend is to either use peptides like IGF(like you are) and myostatin inhibitors. OR do what I do...use the GHRH and GHRP and get the results that you want and then drop them...after couple of days you lose the water weight and you end getting what you wanted out of them.

With CJC with DAC you only need to inject once a week though because the half life of it is 8 days. So you would only end up using GHRP-2 3x per day and not worry about the cjc.

I did 500mcg but when I used GHRP-2 massive hunger effects would kick in. Now I do 250mcg and the hunger level has gone down BUUUUUUT

yesterday I took high dosage of both so I can eat a lot and then I trained legs and I have to say eating a shat ton helped me out A LOT! I've only been doing this for 3 years and been a week kid all my life and well lets just say I'm bending some bars now.

Did squats(haven't done normal ones for a while now...been doing front squats) and I felt effin AWESOME!

So if your going to max out or if your going to have an insane workout take 100-300mcg of GHRP-2 and get really hungry and eat like a mofo and your training will be insane.

Plus it helps me fight this adderall BS...hate this medication but I can't study 50 pages of stuff without it :(
 
Update:

So thanks to adderall my appetite has gone dramatically down. I have been freaking out about everything, been having butterflies about every little thing, depression is slowly kicking in, and some other lovely stuff. Due to all this it's been hard to keep a very good diet BUT even with this doo-dooie diet I've been keeping the fat off which is really really REALLY interesting and good!

At the moment I have driven to my parents house because it's my dad's birthday and I had give him his birthday gift(but also get him one for fathers day). I hit the gym this morning with only one small meal in me and I'm changing my back workout so things was a little different. I was pretty strong but I couldn't dead lift because I couldn't hold on to the stinking weight for some reason.

I Also didn't use DES this morning.

Other than that I have to say that my stomach looks smaller and I think I'm holding water also. But cjc with DAC is working wonders for me especially right now I want my old appetite back so I'm using the old 500mcg for cjc and 100-300mcg/dosage on GHRP-2 to get my appetite back because adderall takes away my appetite.

So we all know that GHRH and GHRP work great for fat loss(not to mention GH Frag which I can't believe rarely anybody uses...effin thing is a miracle worker).

Well I got some NQK gold on the way and if they are under-dosed I could be screwed because all my plans are based off of it, BUT they are new things coming with Kami and his a very nice guy so I'm not worried about for the long run.

Anyways, I am going to take things in a different route. I'm going to come up with a new fat loss stack and if life gives me a effin break maybe myo inhibitor.

Since nobody ever talks about nutrition or training I will need to study my butt off. I need to see how can I lose as much fat as possible without cardio...cardio is catabolic and if I can lose as much weight as possible without doing any cardio then I would be good to go. Then when I get stock I can just start doing cardio while being super careful without going catabolic.

What particular training and diet questions do you have? I don't know about low intensity cardio being catabolic. Most do it so that they can eat more food and still lose weight. 20 minutes on a treadmill 5 days a week isn't going to burn any muscle, especially if you do it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and have your breakfast afterward with a dose of insulin. Of course, that's getting in a little deep for most.

I got the idea from mountain dog but he doesn't ever really go indept on a lot of things. I've been seeing people recommend farrah's protocol on slin and I'm still a little confused on it. I was thinking of doing cardio once I hit 10% or close to it. You know once I got stuck. I do a good amount of walking everyday thanks to taking summer classes and helping in research lab and having to park my car at BFE.

Did you get notice fat loss coming easier with insulin usage?
