Hey there,

could you give me a snap shot of a typical days diet for you on a cutting regimen.

i MEAN i SAW YOUR BACK AND YOU LOOKED REALLY DRY, AND HARD!

That was done through discipline, not genetics.

so if you have time, i would just like too see a sample menu of a typical day when you are cuuting.

If you can't that's ok too, I realize what i ask could be difficult for you to do considering that i am a stranger and all.

sorry bro... I've been keeping her "busy" all weekend ...  she'll get back to ya later on today i'm sure...  (dry and hard... LOL .. what a description)
 
I could toss in a few words here, but I'll be a good boy and just laugh at "dry and hard".

Seriously though, she obviously puts in the work and dedication.

And she makes shots that knock people out and shit.

as for my diet.. well..  average day…

(i know this sounds bad but this is some of my requirements.. )
8 am.
lrg dunkin donuts coffee
handful of supplements i.e. multi, milk thistle, winny, clen, kelp.
1 solid protein bar

10:30 – 11
yogurt

1pm
grilled chicken breast or can of chicken w/ salsa

3pm..
yogurt and fruit(strawberries and cantalope)

5-6
another coffee (heehee drive home from work.)
1 protien bar

gym 7-830

9pm
chicken or steak
(2 chicken breasts or a 14-16 oz steak)

i averaged between 2800-3500 calories a day . some days less some more. (i listen to what my body is requesting) .with that i was doing 45-60 minutes 4-6 times a week on the cross trainer and/ or elliptical machine… raquetball 2-3 times a week and one day hiking either sat or sun after raquetball and gym … and heavy lifting 5-6 days. .it was more what activities i was doing than my diet.. because i did cheat… here and there… if i was to not allow my self  ‘treats” i would blow it…  i have a late night sweet tooth..weakness for ice cream… but i would have a choc.chip cookie dough protein bar from solid protein to prevent myself from doing that..  
i think a lot of it is gentics to though... atleast altering my genetics throught what i have done.. . no one in my family lines looks like me.. after years of this .. i believe.. no proof yet <!--emo&;)--><img src="http://musclechemistry.mantisforums.com/IB3/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=';)'><!--endemo--> but i think you can alter you genetics... if i could on do the scientific research to prove it...
since those pics i had to take 3 months off due to work.. just started back this week... can wager that thru what i have done before ...within a month i  be back to that state..... <!--emo&:)--><img src="http://musclechemistry.mantisforums.com/IB3/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'><!--endemo-->

Hi sasha.. I was wondering if you could suggest a good protein bar w/ low sugars and if possible low carbs.. I cant find any.. Thanks =0)

Thanks.. Ill have 2 go get sum... I have the same sweet tooth problem as well.. im usually hittin no sugar added edys ice cream w/ what germ.. lower cals but def not as much protein.

gnc is awful ... i try not to shop there unless completely necessary... .. there are online sources for good prices.. usually around 20&#36 per box of them...  i get them for 21-22 at a store called suppliment city... not sure if you have those in your area.... if not i would do a  few web searches....  .. there are many discount stores on the net.... i will post some later when i get home tonight... ..

Just a little note on the low carb/sugar high protein bars. I like myoplex low carb. They are sorta new. Depending on flavor they are usually between 2g-3g of Carbs, and 36-38g of protein. A case of 12 is @ &#3621. And they taste good. I prefer the apple. Happy protein hunting to ya.
