Long time lurker, first time posting/Question on the IGF

Hello

I have been lurking on this site for quite sometime. I enjoy the site and the help that is given. I am considering the IGF-LR3 for use in my pct. 40 years old, been in the game for a long time. 6'1 240 lbs.

If someone wouldn't mind helping so I can go ahead and feel good about placing the order, I would greatly appreciate it.

I workout fasted at 530am in the morning before work, from what I have read you should use the IGF preworkout, or at least that is what I want to do. My question is with regards to food and carbs. Would the IGF cause any problems if taken fasted and not eating any carbs for about an 1.5 hours while I work out? Also, should I start at 20mcg or 40mcg? I am leaning toward the 40mcg to see how I react.

I would use 40mcgs bro and it should NOT give u any issues if ur fasting for the first 1.5 hours during workout, i however like to take a carb drink right after i take it then hit the gym, but u will be fine if u dont take anyting until ur done working out
 
Hey man, glad you posted this question. I'm anxious to hear what some of the. Experienced guys have to say. Keep us posted in your progress, MC IGF is the best out there. You won't be disappointed

Thanks for the warm welcome. One of the reasons why I wanted to join in on the conversation. I will be finishing up a 15 week cycle around September time frame. I might go ahead and start the IGF sooner than when I start the PCT. I read that with the IGF it is best to do a 50 day cycle and then do 20-40 days off of the IGF. I want to use it to help with some of my elbow issues and to help lean out during PCT. Though I don't want to cut calories down too much.

Presser, if you don't mind, what Carb drinks do you recommend. I could always squeeze one in on the way to the gym or drink it during my workout.

I eat oatmeal before i leave the house about an hour before gym, then at the gym i grab a carbo force and hit the weights. But you can get away with just drinking the carbo force and u will be fine and good to go
 
Welcome to MC bro.. I like to powder up oatmeal and add 1/3 cup to my morning shake and head to gym with a bagel and a pint a xtend or somethin similar to sip on during the workout.
 
Welcome to the site bro....As far as a carb drink if your gym sells ABB products, Blue Thunder would work as well. But just carrying some oatmeal packets around with you and throwing them in a shaker preworkout will work as well
