2012 Nationals IGF Log

I have been using IGF two weeks ago when I started my prep for Nationals. The plan is to use it to bring up my shoulders and chest, may do calves. I will up the dose every 2 weeks. So the first two weeks will be 50 mcg a day, and will bump it by 50 mcg every two weeks.

Have you tried using it on empty stomach in the mornings before cardio or always with food? it seems to work well for fat cutting, however it may be a bit dangerous due going hypo.
 
I don't think doing it on empty stomach is a good idea especially if ur doing a big cardio session on empty stomach but I could b wrong and maybe some use it this way successfully?

A friend of mine (spanish athlete) told me he used it when he was on low carbs in the morning, during training he would get so vascular and pumped with only a few carbs intake.

I'll try it out with a glucose drink in hand just in case.

Welcome to Mc franj! .. Keep us posted on your trial brother .. Interested to see if any different . I usuallly take on empty stomach and never had a problem.. Hope I don't think about it now.. Lol.
 
This is an awesome idea for a log nuknuk, it'll be interesting to see how well you respond to it this time around
 
applied to chest yesterday and this morning, then had chest day today. What a pump! I had to do some posing after my workout, chest was looking crazy!

Are you getting any deep tissue massages during the week? Just curious cause my best chest pump ever was when i used IGF right before i left for the gym, then at the gym I got a deep tissue massage then I worked out chest, and I never had such a huge pump in my life, it looked like someone elses chest,lol

No I havent gotten one in a while, I need to.
 
things are going great, chest are shoulders are really popping out. May give the calves a go.
