I've been looking everywhere for bacteriostatic water and everyone is back ordered.
Got plenty of BA on hand and was wondering if I could add it to sterile water or a sodium chloride solution. If so, at what ratio?

I have not made it yet, but Im going to. This is the recipe I have seen over and over.
Bacteriostatic Water Recipe
Distilled*water
BA
.22*syringe*filter (whatman or any brand)
10ml or large gauge needle
100ml sterile*vial
200ml beaker
Steps:1. Fill beaker with 99ml of distilled*water.*
2. Add 1ml of BA
3. Swirl mix around for a few. NO HEAT NEEDED HERE.*
4. Draw up into*syringe
5. Attach filter to end of*syringe.
6. Push through filter into sterile*vial.*
End product is a life time of bacteriostatic*water

Yeah same ratio of Ba for adding to the sodium chloride to make bacteriostatic sodium chloride I believe. I did that to clean the wounds on my racehorse..
