View Full Version : advice on anavar/clen pleezyweezy?

Hi all, I am new to the forums and have gotten LOADS of info before deciding on a cutting stack. I've been getting cozy in the weight room for about a year now, and recently started Dr. Dipasqualie's anabolic diet (btw, I highly recommend it). I'm 26 / 5'4 / 125 lbs. / bf? and have joined the quest for the perfect body. SO, here's what I'm thinking for my first cycle:

Weeks 1-4 : 10mg Anavar everyday
Weeks 1-2 : 70mcg Clen everday
Weeks 5-6 : 15mg Anavar everyday
Weeks 4-5 : 90mcg Clen everday.
Throughout 8 weeks:
3 days on and 1 day off : Yohimbine (topical)

Does Yohimbine combine okay with anavar/clen? (haven't seen any posts of people on anavar and yohimbine) Also, is there any way that birth control (desogen) could effect or interfere with this stack? What time of day is best to take anavar? clen?

Oh, don't know if this info helps, but here is my current routine. Would you recommend any changes while on the cycle?

Monday - 45 minutes weights (HIT)
Tuesday - 30 minutes running
Wednesday - volleyball
Thursday - 30 minutes running
Friday - 1 hour weights (high reps/aerobic)

Any advice you can give me is much appreciated,

First off, welcome top musclechem!

I noticed you are using the clen weeks 1-2 and 4-5. The weeks 4-5 should be 5-6 so you have 2 weeks off of it. Use ECA for the 2 weeks between using the clen. As far as the yohimbine, since its topical it shouldn't have any adverse effects with the other Rx you are using. I don't think birth control pills will effect the stack much, but I haven't researched it, so I could be wrong. Maybe Sash or Fly knows more about that. Now, your training. I would start lifting 4 times per week. I would suggest lifting heavy 3 times per week and light once. split your 3 heavy days so you are working each muscle once per week. Then on your light day do an entire body workout. Good luck, Later

Thanks NAPALM! I have modified my cycle for clen with 2 weeks on/2 weeks off. Also, I have a bunch of Xenadrine (which I think is an eca), so I'll use that between clen weeks.
A few more questions (want to make sure I get my first cycle right):
I'm getting .4 mg clen tabs - how does this translate to mcg's? Also, does it matter what time of day (or with food) I take the clen and anavar? I'm going to change my weight routine as you mentioned, should I leave aerobic out altogether? One more question, my caloric intake averages 1400 calories per day right now - should I stick with this during the cycle?

Thanks so much for your input. My boyfriend turned me on to musclechem, and has helped me learn my way around the weight room. It's so nice to have a resource to find out what works best for women, though, since most of the advice I've gotten from him up til now is what he knows about men. Fortunately, most fitness tips apply to both sexes.

Yes, xenadrine is an ECA. 1000mcgs =1mg, so .4mgs would be 400mcgs (if my math is correct, lol). I have never seen this dosage of clen before. I have seen .01 and .02mg dosage which is 10mcg and 20mcg respectively. I don't know anything about super clen, but I am thinking that is probably what it is you are getting. I am sure someone else will know the answer though. I do know 400mcgs is to much to take per day though, so you will have to cut them. Everyone is different with clen dosage so you have to experiment to find out the right dosage for you. I personally take 7-8 20mcg tabs per day to get the wanted effects. I split the dosage and take them throughout the day, but some people take them all at once. Its really personal preference, and how much you can stand the side effects. I personally hate the way clen makes me feel so I can't take them all at once.  As far as calories. Calories aren't as important as the ratio of protien, carbs and fats. At your weight you will want to take in roughly 150-200 grams of protien. I would suggest 50% protien, 25% fats and 25% carbs in your diet per day (maybe a little less carbs on non-training days). The calories will depend on the types of food you are eating to get these totals. But, 1400 cals sounds about right, for your weight, to me. I personally don't worry about calories anymore, just the ratio of these 3 components to conform to the type of results I am looking for. I always try to figure out what I will be doing the next 3 hours when deciding what I will eat for each meal. If I am going to be active I eat more carbs, if I am going to sit and watch TV or sit here on the computer, I eat less carbs and more fat and protien. I wouldn't suggest cutting out aerobic activity at all. Especially during a cutting cycle. The anavar you can take whenever you want really. I would suggest taking it with a small amount of food (when drinking a shake would be a good time for taking it), and take no other suppliments with it. I think that covers it, sorry I couldn't be of more help with the clen though. Later
