heartburn from IP winny

Has anyone else experienced really bad heart burn while taking IP winny before? I started taking them a week ago @ 100mgs/day. For the last four days, everytime I chewed up one of those pills I would get really bad heartburn half an hour later. Anyone else ever get this?

I've heard that from a few people,one of my workout partners had trouble with non-IP winnie and indigestion,Zantac helped as well as taking the win with food.

Same thing happened to me at 100mg/ed with IP winny. I took zantac and/or drank mylanta to help.

thanks guys. I will get some zantac this afternoon. The heartburn at the 100mg/ed of IP's winny is really uncomfortable. I hope I get some decent gains out of them.
