I know you people really don't want to hear it but I feel like shit!! I haven't been in the gym, since Thursday of last week and I'm hating every minute. Well I did run on the treadmill yesterday...but that just wasn't enough. I guess I'm just having one of those FAT days. I feel so freakin bloated...I'm just angry about this. I was doing sooooooo good then BAM!!! just like that....I screwed it all up!!! Don't you just hate that????? And to top it off I think I'm coming down with something cause my throat hurts like hell!!!
