I watch this video almost daily! Found 6 months ago and still motivates the hell out of me in all aspects of life. We need to keep this bumped up!

That's what the guy that told me about it says too. He said that anytime he's just sitting around the house, he'll watch this and go to the gym

It played!!!.. And I thought it was excellent.. I just for forced my girlfriend to watch it so she will actually do something because as of right now my front door is half way open and a grow up session is in order..
