Easy Game Day Granola Bars

Banana
2 cups rolled oats
3/4 c brown sugar
1/2 cup wheat germ or combo wheat germ/flax seed powder
3/4 tsp cinnamon, I used 1 tsp for more kick
1 cup wheat flour, can use white or rice flour
3/4 cup of either: raisins, cranberries , chopped dates,or whatever
3/4 tsp sea salt. Or regular
1/2 cup honey
1 egg beaten
1/2 cup coconut oil , or vegetable if wanted
2 tsp vanilla extract
OPTIONAL: 1/4 cup peanutbutter ,nuts or coconut.. Or all if you love a buffet.

Mix all dry ingredients together
Make a well in center of dry ingredients and pour in wet items
Mix with hands that are clean ,not hands from diesel mechanic or outhouse cleaner
Preheat oven 350,Grease 9x13 pan
Now evenly press all dough into bottom of pan. I used bottom of a metal measuring cup to press as flat as possible
Cook for 30 min till edges of pan are brown
Remove and cut right away because when cool you may need jackhammer..
