Genotoxicity of trenbolone. Tren ace information.

Trenbolone, a synthetic androgen is used as a growth promotant in animal husbandry. Because of its steroidal structure and properties it has been extensively evaluated in a series of in vitro and in vivo assays to assess its genotoxic and initiating properties. Both the parent molecule 17-beta-hydroxy-trenbolone and its metabolite 17-alpha-hydroxy-trenbolone, produced only in cattle, have been tested.

17-beta-hydroxy-trenbolone was not genotoxic in the Ames Salmonella/microsome assay, cytogenetics assays in human lymphocytes and CHO cells, a micronucleus assay in CHO cells, a DNA repair synthesis assay in HeLa cells, mammalian cell mutation assays with CHO and V79 cells, the mouse micronucleus assay, rat bone marrow or spermatogonial cytogenetics assays or in a test for initiators in the rat. In the mouse lymphoma cell mutation assay with L 5178Y TK+/- cells, equivocal responses were obtained, particularly at highly toxic concentrations.

With 17-alpha-hydroxy-trenbolone a weak positive response was obtained in the L5178Y Tk +/- assay, particularly at highly toxic concentrations. Negative results were obtained in the Ames Salmonella/microsome assay, the cytogenetics assays using both human lymphocytes in vitro and rat bone marrow in vivo, the DNA repair assay and in the CHO mammalian cell mutation assay. It was also negative in the in vivo test for initiators. From this extensive battery of data, and also taking into account published data on trenbolone, it is concluded that 17-alpha-hydroxytrenbolone and 17-beta-hydroxy-trenbolone are devoid of genotoxic activity and are not initiators of cancer.

Is there any benefit with using estered tren? I mean, ace is narly enough. Anyone here use an ester?

What do you mean? Acetate and enthanate are esters. Am i not understanding you?

Is there any need for an estered tren? Seems like everyone I've ever met that's used tren/e have had bad enough sides to almost be hospitalized.

Did you mean "Long" estered?? I dont recall if there is a decoanate version, or even undecoanate, so many chemists have toyed with it, who knows..

Most popular trens to name a few

tren ace
tren enanth
tren hex
tren depot (aka Parabolan)

If you are asking is it neccessary for tren e..Obviously the enanthate IMO shows itself longer term, so if dosed properly, I'd argue the sides are lesser...(some may disagree) but realistically, a dose of around 220mgs per week is considered to be appropriate. Unfortunately I know people first hand that think 500-1000mgs per week is a starters dose, and they are dead wrong.

200mgs give/take is appropriate, ask any experienced person in the game.

Now with that being said, I very rarely know anyone who sticks with that. Since ace and depot are commonly dosed at 100mgs, and users use them daily, or ED, you see common sides such as quick acne, hair loss, and gyno...Once "most users" see these quick sides, they either go off, or drop to a more acceptable level, and since these are quick acting, sides are much lesser and easier to manage, even for a beginner.

The common problem with Tren Enanth is that people are stupid. It is commonly dosed a little higher, say 200mgs, and people will run 600-1000 of that...problem is as soon as the sides begin to show (which is relatively slower) then the user is in a world of trouble, since the ester is going to last for a minimum of 2 more weeks, and I would argue more in many cases....So even with trying to control sides, someone who has blasted 1000mgs of tren E per week, for a month, at month 2 is going to have issues.

When you have legit Tren it is powerful stuff...I personally tell friends and other users to ONLY use this once they are extremely experienced and know how their body responds to regular compounds for years.

If you are a new user, and don't know how to use finasteride, nolva, arimidex, hcg, proviron, Dostinex, and/or even accutane, and your liver is having issues, it would be very scary to experience and not know how to control sides hitting you all at once.

So to answer the question, I think Tren E is excellent to use in Low Doses and for a well above average advanced user, otherwise, I do not think it should be used.

Again, Wes is a stud.
