I am curious what everyone thinks mainly because i was shocked that so many people think its ok for the Cyclings Governing body to ask Lance Armstrong to give back all his earnings from the & tour wins, totaling over 5 million dollars

And this came up the other day with everyone saying The Yankees should be able to Terminate A-Rods contract because it was signed under false pretenses as he was admittedly takeing juice!

So Should Athletes have to give back their earnings or have their contracts terminated if they are found out to be playing with or on Performing Enhanced Drugs?

Keep in mind Lance Armstrong Passed all his drug tests! Not sure how you can convict a guy on hearsay regardless of how many people opened their mouth

I think A-Rod started to suck once he stopped juicing and it pisses me off so who knows. Im sure he still takes growth and adderrall, thats the trend now in baseball.

I think it sucks for the owners because they pay these guys for their performance and then they stop juicing and stop performing, but that's a risk you take. It's the same thing as if they would get hurt and be out all season

Id bet that at the professional level of all major sports at least 85% are using or have used some type of 'performance enhancing drug' id also bet that its been going on since the late 60's and only now is being recognized. But hey ESPN needs something to talk about 24/7 so drama shit works to fill the time.

that little buzz phrase 'performance enhancer' irritates the fuck out of me by the way.

couldnt agree more brutha

not in my opinion, and in lance's case he NEVER tested positive but they stripped him based on a few people saying he took stuff. no hard and solid evidence per say.

now do i belive he did? of course and every other cyclist out there uses as well.
