You will need non-stick pan, prefferably teflon.
For one 200lb guy:

- 8 egg whites;
- 2 whole eggs;
- 1can of tuna, in water;
- any combination of herbs, that you can find, prefferably fresh, but if dry, it's ok also, just make sure, that you go easy with dry, they are much stronger;
- any combination of vegetables, you like or your mother brought over in her last visit, or you can steal from your gf healthy salad;
- handful of grated cheese, prefferably one you like, but any kind will work;
- salt and pepper, to your liking;
- touch of veg oil, or cooking spray;

Lightly beat eggs and egg whites, add drained tuna, herbs, veggies, cheese.
Heat non-stick pan on a med heat, add egg mixture and cook on low heat without stirring for 5 min, then transfer to preheated 400F oven, until the top is set, but not hard as your flexed biceps..
Take it out, slide on a plate and eat with the toast or bagel or whatever you like(besides pussy)
 
Good one Small,I tried it this weekend....simple & tasty...your right about choosing a bagel.... the tuna would not go well with pussy :biggrin:
 
great post small.  Think I'll try that one.  I am really sick of tuna, but maybe mixed in I'll be able to stand it again.
