Shelf life of reconstituted peptides?

Got a bet with a guy from calif saying he buys all his peptides already reconstituted from some company outa calif.. I said that how would he know how long it's been reconstituted because peptides have shelf lives .. He said no need to worry. I think he's nuts ..Who is right? Thanks ..

it depends what the peptide is and what its reconstituted with, for example igf in acidic acid solution is good to go for months, where as others in say bact water or sodium solution will not last long ect.. so its a real vague statement

No you cant use regular Benzle Alcohol, it has to be a certain ph balanced ba, which is an acidic acid but the acidity has to be a specific PH balance for optimal suspension so it holds stable for long periods of time.

I meant to say BB, thats what makes it thick, right?
