Myostatin/follistatin

Good question and I'm not certain. Have you run a search here for follistatin ??

After reconning the Follistatin I took all of it IM. Within 1 hour had the worst chills and shaking uncontrollably for over 45 minutes. I really felt like I was going to die. Is this a common reaction. Needless to say I feel okay now, just sore as hell. Staying tensed up for that length of time will do a number.

Most likely had tagged follistain.

The tag is what causes the aches/flu like symptoms.

Unfortunately, it's almost inevitable when running tagged folli. If you can find untagged folli, you won't have any negative sides.

Why is it called tagged? And does it mean it's not as effective? I am still feeling somewhat weak and just out of it. Damn shame.

Tagging is part of the purification process during the manufacture of peptides.

Remember as a kid the face with the iron filings that you could make a beard with a magnet pen? Imagine the filings were mixed with sand. The filings are the folli, the sand the impurities, and the magnet the tag.

By dragging the magnet (tag) back and forth over the iron (folli) and sand (impurities) mixture, you can separate the iron from the sand.

The iron is attached to the magnet now.

It's difficult and expensive to remove the tag from the peptide, and your body will do it with enzymes if left attached, so most manufacturers will leave it at that and package it for sale.

You have noticed the issue with leaving the tag on 1st hand.

In addition to the side effects caused by the tag, there are some other things to consider.

The tag can be extremely large. This means a large % of what you buy as follistatin is not the actual amino chain you want. Up to half of the "1mg" of folli could not only be inert, but harmful.

Additionally, enzymatic conversions are not 100%, so you probably won't even have close to 500mcg of the potentially active compound available for your body to use.

Hope this all makes sense...

This means, that you have to wait at least 1/2 yrs, because now you have to be very very very luck to get real untagged follitstatin, and it will cost like 250$ per 250mcg.. so..

The other option in the meantime is to supplement high doses of NAC for a few days before and after administration of tagged follistatin.

Glutathione stores are severely depleted during enzymatic cleaving of the tag. Supplementing NAC will replenish your glutathione levels and minimize the negative sides associated with tagged peptides.

I ran it for a 10 days at 100mcgs a day with none of these sides. Its untagged Boss

I heard there's some real stuff from AAA Peptides

Has anyone tried these stuffs from AAA Peptides?

How can mix the Vial ?

Dosage per week or day ?
