Application question for MC's IGF 1

So I'm a bit confused. Trying to maximize my results this time around with MC's IGF 1. Last time I applied to my abs. Results were WOW to put it mildly! However, got these "knots". Took months to go away and would rather not go that route again. Annoyed the F$#k outta me! So I'm gonna apply to a muscle group. I'm hearing a lot about localized growth but the "theory" from what I'm reading doesn't match up. For example, vets like Presser get amazing results and they always apply to lower abs. However, I'm seeing enough anecdotal evidence on here that localized growth isn't just "pie in the sky". So, I have a few questions:

1. Calves are by far my weakest muscle group. Even if I'm not working calves that day is it best to just apply there daily? I play on running MC's IGF 1 7 days a week for 8 weeks (then a month break).
2. Can I just apply the total amount to one calve one day and then the total amount to the other calve the next day or is bilateral application really necessary?
3. If the general feeling is that localized growth is a myth where does everyone apply? I was thinking it's easiest to apply the total amount to one side delt one day and then the other side delt the next....

Thanks to all who answer. I was really impressed with my last go around with this stuff and I was only at 20 mcg a day! This time it's 40 a day and after a month I may bump to 60-80 a day but I really want to get it as right as possible this time.

This forum is great! Best info out there BAR NONE!

I dont think localized growth is a myth at all bro, I think it helped me grow site specificly where I applyed it for sure!

I do not think it is a myth either--- my traps have grown exponentially after applying IGF.

I'm also in agreement with localized growth. As such I also believe in applying bilaterally. The pump is insane and to have it more pronounced on one side would be pretty strange

if your only getting massive pumps on the area ur applying it to then theres a problem, the pump isnt from the localized application., i go on my belly and the pumps are insane, site application isnt the mechanism with which the pump comes from bro, another words ur not just getting massive pumps in the area u apply it to, thats not how or why it works

Well put. Perhaps I didn't explain myself well enough. I only apply on training days and to the areas that I am training. Although my calves suck, the pumps I get when I apply IGF to them makes it difficult to walk. Say I'm training back and calves. Without IGF I still get a pretty solid pump in the offseason. With IGF the pump is much better, but since I apply a large amount to the calves about 45 minutes prior to training I get an extreme pump there. It could possibly be from the very tight fascia in that area and it may only be me, but that is my experience. I always apply to calves on that day

my bad, i misunderstood ya brutha, and i just didnt want new guys thinking you only get that massive pump from applyed area, thnx brutha!!
