Insulin before or after workout

Since I have seen slin topics popping up lately.
how is everyone taking it now days, i know it used to be popular after workouts but have heard alot of people talking about preworkout.
 
I use it strictly post workout and my IGF preworkout. I switched for a few weeks, but insulin preworkout just wasn't fun and I didn't feel well on it
 
I think its most beneficail post for sure, do to the shuttling of nutrients into the muscles after they are worked out and glycogen depleted! However I have done preworkout and made sure to get my carbs in right afterwords, then during my workout i sipped on a 50/50 carb/protien energy drink and it worked well like this!!!! Great super pumps and your still shuttling the nutrients into the muscles during ur workout and ur sipping the 50/50 drink

but overall or if i had to choose one or the other, i would always suggest post workout especialy for anyone using the first time
