This is a recipe for Tiramisu, an Italian dessert.  It has been modified to lower it's sugar and fat content.

1/2 c sugar substitute like Sugar Twin (equal is not a good choice)
1 c. nonfat cottage cheese
1 c. nonfat sour cream
2 T dark rum
8 oz. light vanilla yogurt (light n' fit by dannon)
8 oz. neufchatel cheese, room temperature
1 1/4 c. hot water
4 tsp. instant espresso coffee granules
40 ladyfinger cookies
1/2 tsp. baking cocoa

Mix first six ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Set aside.  Combine hot water and espresso granules in small bowl.  Split ladyfingers in half lengthwise and dip 20 pieces into espresso.  Place in bottom of a 9 inch baking dish.  Dip 20 more peices and on top of the first 20.  Spread 2 cups of cheese mixture evenly on top of ladyfingers.  Repeat layer and dipping of remaining 40 ladyfinger halves, then top with remaining cheese mixture.  Cover with plastic and refrigerate for 3-8 hours.  Sprinkle cocoa on top.  

Makes 12 servings with each serving yielding:

207 calories; 10g protein, 26g carbs (without the sugar), 7 g fat (alot less fat than original).
