Can anyone tell me what should i mix with my igf1 i'm new to this the note said dont inject this and use posing oil is that correct or just for shipping purposes

its ready to use as it is bro! you dont need to mix it with anything else!

i just got my bottles and they have less than 1/4 full is that all that suppose to come in them? that why i thought the suppose to be mixed with bacteriostatic water ?
