well i finally started applying it to my arms and it takes a littl getting used to but i can tell a major differance in pumps. heck, when i did chest and a little tri's my biceps got pumped.
plus i notice a little more leaness than before in my lower ab section. hopefully everything will continue like this and my arms will grow as well.

yea, just have to avoid certain areas. but it's all good

Sometimes my arms get so pumped after MC's igf that I have a hard time putting my hair in a ponytail. Love it!

Thats funny, I have a hard time holding the phone up to my ear, it honestly gets too pumped up to hold my arm up to my head that long,lol, crazy!!
