I kinda like Wendy's spicy chicken

here's the recipe for it- "yeah I'd like 2 spicy chicken sandwiches with extra BBQ sauce"

taco bell would run through me in about 10 minutes then i would be running to the bathroom.

The spicy chicken sandwich from wendy's is about as spicy as it gets for me. I love them tho. Anything spicier than that I get heartbrun bad.. So I have learned to stay away from spicy food.

i eat taco bell $5 boxes frequently when i need something calorie dense or post workout...
