Ok guys I said I would do a log on my IGF-1 use when I got it in. Well I started applying it yesterday and will be doing 50 mcg's for now. I think I will apply site specific for each workout day and then on rest days apply to the areas I may have not gotten to yet. I know many people apply bilaterally to each of the specific muscles. Like if I was applying to the chest today that would be 25 mcg's on each pectoral. Or I could apply all 50 mcg's to one side then hit the other on an off day or the following week. What have you guys liked with your experiences with MC IGF-1?
