How does liquid winstrol need more than dbol while having a lower melting point?

As above winstrol has a lower melting point than dbol but to make liquid winstrol you need proof alcohol and peg300 but dbol you only need proof alcohol?

Confused? I would have thought the dbol would need more additives to keep it suspended since its melting point is higher, but it doesn't??

Also dbol is fine with proof alcohol at 50mg/ml but winstrol is proof alcohol and peg300 but only 25mg/ml??
