IGF muscle soreness

Hi guys,

New to this forum, new to IGF or any peptides/injectable supplements, appreciate the great service and quick shipping by MC on my first order. I'm trying IGF on recommendation of a friend who's in the fitness industry, using it in an attempt to help heal a chronic neck issue that so far 3 docs, 3 MRI's, 7 procedures and thousands of dollars haven't improved. Based on several success stories from my buddy who's used it for healing injuries for himself/friends/clients (first-hand not urban legends) I decided to give IGF a try. ( I lift daily though not a bodybuilder, so any strength/muscle gains would be considered a bonus). Anyway, 10 days into it so far, applying 40 mcg daily IM on my right trap (the neck issue is around C2-C3 facet in my upper right neck, and trap seems the closest safe muscle to apply). I'm doing it straight from the MC vial, no bac water or anything additional, using 1/2 CC 1/2" 29 gauge slin pin . Getting soreness at the application site, nothing serious, like a flu shot, just wondered if this is normal? And if there's any way to mitigate it (Adding bac water, etc). I've been moving it around but my trap is feeling pretty beat up. Have a tried a couple days right into my shoulder to give the trap a break (same soreness there too). Trying to keep muscle super relaxed but doesn't seem to mater. And if adding bac water is a solution for this, would appreciate any info on ratios and proper procedure.

Muchas gracias!

-Dave

Try "Applying" it in your shoulders (delts) if your neck is getting sore, or switch off spots when applying MC IGF

I experience a bit of soreness with IGF whenever I start applying to a new spot. After a few applications in that spot, it usually goes away for me.

I've had a few that got a little sore. Move it around a little until you find good spots. Most of the time now I can't feel it when I apply

i would say the trap is probably a really sensative area as well, i knew someone who had stuck them selve there and couldnt move their neck for days.
the shoulder may be better the igf does have suystemic effects as well that should help

I find my delts are by far the least painful of all the areas I have tried. I almost feel nothing when I do delts. Like other said, maybe try moving it around the delt, I find I stick my left arm in a different spot than my right just because the way I hold it I guess. But my left arm always hurts more than the right (just from where I naturally stick it). Try moving it around and see if its any better.

Thanks for all the responses; this is super useful. I was trying the right trap since it's closest to the injury, but I'll move things around and hope the systemic effect also works. Have tried applying in both delts now and much less soreness.

good to hear brutha! let us know how it goes!

Sounds good man, glad to see you found something that works for you. Applying directly to traps makes me cringe just thinking of it

Traps have lots of nerve networks, I'd move it as the rest suggest. And don't add any Bac water or your IGF will be ruined, use as is, hope it helps, keep us posted
