Quick Question for Everyone. How do you guys get your 300 - 400 grams of protein a day. I eat alot of Chicken and Tuna Fish but If I eat much more Tuna I'll have to take up swimming with my newly acuired gills. Otherwise I take Shakes to make up difference. What do you guys do for protein intake? Also how much can your Body digest of protien, I thought it was around 30 - 40 grams every couple of hours but im prob off on that number.
