It is amazing no one beat his ass. I know as a grown man there is no way I'd allow someone to throw a ball at me period. Thats just bullshit
I guess when your a kid and want to play, you take that bullshit, but i agree, im surprised he didnt get knocked out at some point,lol, especially kicking kids and calling them ***gots. If it was my kid out there, i would whoop that coaches ass if he touched my kid,

he's a tough coach...other than that i don't see a problem with anything...his coaching style is abrasive, but these kids know this before they play for him...you can't complain about it later...it's kinda like getting a job a walmart and then bitching about the pay/benefits...

I agrreeeee with America being Pussified really bad!!! But in this case, this jerkoff has no business coaching and that shit aint ok, and nO these kids did not know thats how he acts when they were being recruited, and he didnt act like that when the Athletic Director came to check on practices, he was a different person and different coaching style,. so that in itself lets ya know this asshole knew what he was doing was wrong.
Beaming a basketball as hard as you can at a kids head when he isnt looking is NOT OK! Kicking kids when they arent looking is NOT OK, Beaming the ball at the KIDS KNEES, aint ok!
Now I will say this though, this asshole coach just fucked it up for everyone who does coach hard, and just gave more power to the weak who are turning this country SOFT!
So yes I agree this country and the media is so over the top with making everyone so SOFT that this Rutgers case just fucked it up for everyone!
Cause now they are showing video from coaches all over the country , and saying how awful it is to scream and yell at players, and I think its 10000% fine to yell and dig into these kids, get in their face, grab them by the jersey or helmet and scream, that shit is finer and needed, but now these type of coaches are coming under fire, and its sad!

I agree with Presser, there's nothing wrong with yelling at them, grabbing them by the jersey when they do something stupid, but to throw things at them or kick them is over the top. I know these "kids" wanted to play, but they aren't necessarily kids, they are grown adults. 18-21 years olds should have stood up to him. Or at least blown the whistle a long, long time ago. When I was younger and played baseball, our coach used to have us get in front a brick wall and he'd hit balls at us and if you didn't stop it, it'd hit you in the back. If you kept letting the ball by you, he'd just hit it harder and harder. It was fucked up, but it made us better players and taught us no matter what to knock the ball down. At the time I didn't see anything wrong with it, but in today's society he'd be bashed left and right. In my opinion though that was totally different mainly because we knew he was like this and could've quit at any time. These guys were not aware of this style of coaching until it was too late. At least we saw the ball coming, I mean he never hit the ball as hard as he could, but hard enough.
