Yeah, thats pretty much my warm up too...............? It looks fake, he throws that shit around like 135lb, sure their not ballons? Impressive for sure.

Ha ha, yeah, so I went back looked at it, his first set the right side of weights are wobbling back and forth, thats not right, Not if its heavy, it will it its light and fake..... So, I call BullShit.

Check out his other vids, he is a known powerlifter with some pretty impressive maxes over 600lbs. Don't think its fake

really? post some of his vids here, i would loike to have a look, and ive pushed over 500lbs on bench press and it doesnt go up that easy no matter who ya are, it just looked to effortless to me

Its fake. He is benching 405 like most guys bench 135. His first rep and his last rep look the same like he is not struggling at all on his last rep.
