Shouldnt taking LR3 increase blood levels of IGF on a standard blood test that measures IGF levels?

well yes... but no. The only test to "Measure" your IGF levels is actually indirectly related to the IGF-1 and is actually a test for GH levels... so not really... But the can meause the binding the proteins of IGF but then again you are measuring unused IGF... so its sort of weird, somewhat elusive. so essentially you can measure it indirect with a GH test... but not directly. And considering that at any one time UP TO 98% of your IGF is bound at any one time it is just difficult to get an exact number on.

Correct and I believe you don't want your igf to read high as it would be free floating and unbound which u don't want, something like that that lol I do know I've read that you don't want the reading to be high for this reason lol. Tricky dicky stuff
This is correct, at that point is where you risk saturating the IGF receptors in which you don't want saturated (gut for example) You want it used or binded not floating freely within the bloodstream. Not only that even your binded tests have to be done multiple times over a series of time since igf fluctuates so much and so drastically... its actually a binded average that they use... again, it's next to unrealistic to know exact or even approx IGF levels. Even doctors pretty much guess based off of norms.
And to answer the original threads question which I believe he is asking if his igf levels don't come back high does that mean his igf is bunk, and the answer is NO , I'm assuming that's what the question was asking as I've read many guys wondering why their blood work readings don't come back with high igf levels.

Lol. No I never thought it was bunk. Just wanted to make sure I was not missing the boat with my dosing or something.
That being said, I have been doing subq 100% and have a lower stomach that has a bunch of small lumps from the application. They tend to fade after a day or so but they tend to add up faster than they fade.

Blood work and IGF levels are usually all about timing. If your blood is drawn at different times of the day, you'll theoretically get a different result every time. Just like HGH. Correct me if I'm wrong....
nope your dead on, and on top of the timing theirs whats bound and unbound(free floating) which throws off the readings, lol, so everything is relative when it comes to this
